Sustainable weight management.
Medically supervised support for sustainable weight loss and metabolic health, led by an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner, with reviews to keep it on track.
- Endorsed Nurse Practitioner
- Reviews built into the plan
- Telehealth, Australia-wide

Who this is for.
- Adults in Australia who want medically supervised, sustainable weight management rather than another diet.
- People with metabolic health concerns who want their history, pathology and lifestyle looked at together.
- Anyone who has tried before and wants structured follow-up, not a one-off appointment.
Your practitioner considers your medical history, lifestyle, nutritional needs and goals. The approach may include evidence-based lifestyle interventions, nutrition, physical activity, behavioural strategies and, where clinically indicated, appropriate medical management.
How the program works.
Four steps, all by telehealth.
- 1
Initial consultation, 30 minutes
Your history, goals, lifestyle and suitability, with an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner.
- 2
Investigations where indicated
Pathology through Australian Clinical Labs when it will change the plan, never by default.
- 3
Your plan
Realistic goals and a written plan covering nutrition, activity, behavioural strategies and, where clinically indicated, medical management.
- 4
Reviews, 15 minutes
Progress, barriers and adjustments, at the intervals that suit your plan.
Pricing.
Fixed and shown before you book.
Ongoing reviews at the intervals your plan sets.
- Progress since the last review, against the goals you set together
- Any side effects, barriers or changes in your circumstances
- Results of any pathology ordered since last time
- Adjustments to the plan, and the next review date
Your first appointment with the Endorsed Nurse Practitioner.
- Your medical history, current medications and previous weight-management attempts
- Your goals, lifestyle, nutrition and activity, and what has got in the way before
- Suitability for medically supervised weight management, and whether investigations are needed
- The options that are clinically appropriate for you, including lifestyle interventions and, where indicated, medical management
- A written plan and your first review date
The Medication Order Administration and Coordination Fee ($90) and prescription or pharmacy costs are separate items, not consultation prices.

Sustainable, not sudden.
Realistic goals, monitored progress and support for the barriers as they come up. The reviews are the program.
After your consultation.

Pathology
Requests go to Australian Clinical Labs. Attend any approved collection centre, and results return securely to your practitioner, who reviews them and explains what they mean.

Prescriptions
Where a practitioner assesses treatment as safe and clinically suitable, an electronic prescription is sent to your phone or your nominated pharmacy. No treatment is guaranteed.

Follow-up
Review consultations are part of every program. Administrative questions are answered within one business day, and clinical questions go to your practitioner.
Your practitioner.
Questions, answered plainly.
Where is Aevum available?
Will I be prescribed medication?
How often are reviews?
Do I need pathology?
What does the $90 coordination fee cover?
Important information
Weight management at Aevum is led by an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner. All care is individualised. Recommendations regarding investigations, medication, treatment or referral are based on your circumstances, clinical assessment and the authorised scope of practice of the treating practitioner.
Participation does not guarantee a particular outcome. Individual circumstances and results vary. Consultation fees cover only the Aevum services listed. External pathology, medication, pharmacy costs and the Medication Order Administration and Coordination Fee are separate.
